Born and raised in West Denver, Colorado

Struggled and dropped out of school due to street life.

Moved to North Denver in 1999. The same year started in urban youth outreach, mentorship and leadership training.

 Married with 5 children. Currently serving culturally responsive youth development and community engagement at a northwest middle school alongside wife Tisha Reyes and Denver hip hop legend DJ Chonz.

 Going into 10th year effectively/impact fully serving in Title1 intensive turnaround schools.

 Has services and partnerships that go beyond the school campus to help serve at-risk youth.
